Webmail Overview
Emlyx Webmail is a browser-based email client that lets you read incoming messages, compose new emails, manage contacts, and follow full conversations — all from your browser, with no separate email app required.
Webmail is available at webmail.emlyx.eu and is included with the Starter plan and above.
Getting to Webmail
There are two ways to access Webmail:
- From your WordPress admin — Go to Emlyx in your WordPress sidebar and click the Open Webmail button. This uses Single Sign-On, so you don't need to enter your password again.
- Directly in your browser — Go to webmail.emlyx.eu and sign in with your Emlyx account credentials.
What You Can Do in Webmail
Inbox — Read replies and inbound messages from people who responded to your emails.
Sent — Review every outgoing email your site has sent through Emlyx.
Drafts — Come back to emails you started writing but have not sent yet.
Compose — Write and send a new email from your verified domain address. Supports rich text formatting and file attachments.
Threads — Follow the full back-and-forth of a conversation in one place, rather than hunting through separate folders.
Contacts — Manage your contact list. Add, edit, and organise the people you communicate with.
Signatures — Create and manage email signatures that are automatically appended to your outgoing messages.
Key Features
- Attachments — Attach files to your outgoing emails (PDF, images, documents, and more, up to 10 MB per file).
- Unread filter — Quickly filter your inbox to show only unread messages.
- Mark all as read — Mark all messages in a folder as read with one click.
- Rich text editor — Format your emails with bold, italic, lists, links, and more.
- Mobile-friendly — Webmail works in any modern mobile browser. No app to download.
