Plans, Pricing & Billing
Emlyx offers three plans to match different sending volumes and feature needs. All plans include the WordPress plugin and the dashboard email log. You can change plans at any time.
The Three Plans
Free
The Free plan is the best way to try Emlyx with no commitment.

Starter
The Starter plan is a good fit for sites that need to send from their own domain and handle a moderate volume of email.

Pro
The Pro plan is designed for sites with high sending volume, or anyone who wants browser-based email management.

Billing
Emlyx bills monthly through Stripe, one of the most widely used payment processors online.
Payment methods — Credit and debit cards are accepted. You manage your payment method from the billing section of the Emlyx dashboard.
Invoices — A receipt is emailed to you automatically after each monthly charge. You can also download past invoices from the billing section of the dashboard at any time.
Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade from within the billing section of the Emlyx dashboard.
- Upgrades take effect immediately.
- You are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period — you only pay for the days remaining, not a full month.
- Any new features are available to you as soon as the upgrade is confirmed.
Downgrading Your Plan
You can downgrade from within the billing section of the Emlyx dashboard.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You keep all the features of your current plan until that date.
- You are not charged for the next period at the higher rate.
Downgrading to Free removes your custom domain
The Free plan does not support custom domains. If you downgrade to Free and you have a custom domain configured, Emlyx will ask you to confirm by typing your domain name before the downgrade is accepted. After the billing period ends, emails from your custom domain will no longer route through Emlyx.
Cancelling
Cancellation works the same way as downgrading to Free.
- Go to the billing section of the Emlyx dashboard.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan automatically.
