Dashboard Overview

The Emlyx dashboard at app.emlyx.eu is your central hub for managing everything related to email sending from your WordPress site. This is where you check your usage, review sent emails, manage your sender identity, and configure your project settings.

What You See on the Dashboard

When you log in, you land on your project overview. Here is what each piece of information means:

  • Emails sent this month - The total number of emails Emlyx has sent on behalf of your site so far this billing period.
  • Monthly limit - The maximum number of emails your plan allows per month. Once you reach this limit, sending pauses until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.
  • Sender email - The email address that currently appears as the "From" address on all outgoing emails.
  • Domain status - A quick indicator showing whether your sending domain has been verified. Verified domains improve deliverability significantly.
  • Current plan - The plan you are subscribed to, along with a link to manage or upgrade it.

TIP

If your monthly limit is getting close to full, you will see a warning here. It is a good idea to upgrade before hitting the limit so there is no interruption in email delivery.

The dashboard is divided into several sections accessible from the left-hand sidebar:

  • Email Log - A full history of every email sent through your project. Useful for troubleshooting and confirming delivery.
  • Project Settings - Configure your project name, sender email, email prefix, and tracking options.
  • Domain Verification - Add and verify the DNS records needed to authenticate your sending domain.

What Is a Project?

In Emlyx, a project represents one WordPress site. Each project has its own settings, its own email log, and its own sending configuration. If you run multiple WordPress sites, each one gets its own separate project in the dashboard.

This keeps everything organised - you always know which emails belong to which site, and you can configure sender settings independently for each one.

TIP

You can switch between projects using the project selector at the top of the sidebar. If you only have one site connected, you will only see one project listed.
